COLLEGE PARK, MD — The University of Maryland women's tennis team will head to the state of Michigan this weekend to battle against #15-ranked Michigan on Saturday, April 11th, and #64-ranked Michigan State on Sunday, April 12th.

The Michigan match will take place at 12:00 PM ET, and the Michigan State match will begin at 11:00 AM ET.

The 14-4 Terps, now ranked at #44 on ITA's latest rankings, are coming off another stellar home weekend where they defeated Purdue 4-0 and Indiana 4-1.

This continued the Terps' home undefeated streak to a resounding 12-0! Big victories from Oliwia Orlinska, Emma Ghirardato, and Lucia Donnelly propelled the Terps to an exceptional weekend.

The Terps currently hold a 6-3 record in Big Ten matches and are one conference win away from being tied for the most Big Ten wins in a season in school history. The most Big Ten matches (7) the Terps have ever won in a season were in 2016-2017 and 2024-2025.
