The Marchiano Era Continues
- The 2026 staff will once again be led by head coach Michael Marchiano, who enters his second full season at the helm of the Terps. Marchiano served as interim head coach for the final five matches of the 2024 season before being officially named the full-time head coach in December 2024.
- In his first full season leading the program in 2025, Marchiano guided Maryland to six victories, including a 6-4-1 record at Ludwig Field. The Terps opened the campaign with three consecutive shutout victories and later picked up back-to-back Big Ten wins over Indiana and Purdue.

B1G PLAYERS TO WATCH
- Prior to the start of the season, the Big Ten named Mckinley Heaven, Lisa McIntyre, and Faith Luckey as Maryland's trio of Big Ten Players To Watch for the upcoming season.
- Heaven has played in 10 matches with two goals and four points for Maryland, while Senior Lisa McIntyre led the squad in assists (3) last season. In her first season with the Terps, Faith Luckey, started 17 of 18 matches as the starting goalie, with 88 saves, and a 1.55 GAA.

Grab your friends, enjoy gameday activations and giveaways, and kickoff the semester cheering on Maryland Women's Soccer. The first 150 students to arrive at Ludwig Field will receive a free themed t-shirt sponsored by Terps After Dark!
- Sunday, Sept. 27 | 12 PM | vs. UCLA Bruins - Kickoff the fall season with a cozy afternoon at Ludwig Field! Decorate your own tote bag, decorate a mini pumpkin, enjoy some autumn favorites, and cheer on the team! It wouldn't be a start to fall without a nice treat! Early arriving fans will receive an apple cider donut - while supplies last.
- Sunday, Oct. 11 | 1 PM | vs. Northwestern Wildcats - Grab your boots, throw on something pink, and ride on over to Ludwig Field for the ultimate pink party of the season! Join us for a night of western charm, gameday fun, and Maryland Women's Soccer. Fans are encouraged to wear all pink in support of National Breast Cancer Awareness month.
