Maryland Women's Tennis Announces Fall 2026 Schedule

COLLEGE PARK, MD -- The University of Maryland Women's Tennis team has announced its Fall 2026 schedule. Members of the Terrapin roster will compete in the following events from September to November of 2026.
The Terps will begin their fall season in Greenville, SC, at the Debbie Southern Furman Fall Classic from Sept. 11-13.
A week later, the Terps will be split up, with a few members in Annapolis, MD, at the Bill & Sandra Moore Invitational, and others at the ITA All-American Championships in Cary, NC. The Moore Invitational will be from Sept. 18-20, and the ITA tournament will run from Sept 19-27.
October will have three tournaments the Terps will compete in, beginning with the Charlotte Invite from Oct. 2-4, followed by the W35 Las Vegas, from Oct 5-11.
The Terps will finish off October with the ITA Regionals, from Oct. 15-19, in Lynchburg, VA.
November will conclude the fall season, with the ITA Sectionals Championship from Nov. 5-8 hosted by UPenn in Philadelphia, PA and the UNF Invite in Jacksonville, FL from Nov 6-8.
If qualified, some of the Terps team will compete in the NCAA Championship, which will be held this year in Orlando, FL, from Nov. 17-23.
Last season, Emma Ghirardato and Ema Kovacevic were the first Terps to qualify for the NCAA Doubles Championship since 2011, a huge accomplishment for the duo! The pairing will seek back-to-back bids in the fall of 2026.
