The Terps return to College Park for their Big Ten home opener against Iowa.
BLOOMINGTON, IN — The Terps were swept by No. 18 Indiana (25-17, 25-18, 25-20) on Saturday night in their second conference match of the season. Maryland battled a top team in the nation, but fell to 10-3 (0-2 Big Ten) in 2026.
Sara Toth set her team up with 29 assists, while Ava Brown (9 kills), Brooklynne Brass (6 kills, 6 digs), and Eva Rohrbach (8 kills) recorded solid offensive nights. Each set was closer than the last, but Maryland was unable to keep pace with the ranked Hoosiers (9-2, 2-0 Big Ten).
