2009 CROSS COUNTRY - Opened season with 17th-place finish at the UMES Lid-Lifter, going 19:23 over 5K... Went 19:07 over 5K to place 23rd at Wolfpack Invitational, and season-best 18:52 over 5K to place 21st overall at the Great American Festival... Had 6K mark of 22:45.8 to finish 40th overall and eighth on the team at the Panorama Farms Invitational.

BEFORE MARYLAND - Transferred to Maryland prior to 2009-10 season with her sister Halsey from Radford (Va.) University... All-Academic Team selection in 2009... Finished second outdoors in the 3,000 steeplechase at the Big South Conference Outdoor Championships as a sophomore after finishing third as a freshman... Member of Highlanders' DMR team that was second at Big South Indoor.
