Former Maryland women's soccer goalkeeper Lynn Scharf (Falls Church, Va.) has released a new CD of her folk music. The album entitled "Between Winter and Now" can be heard on her website at www.lynnscharf.com.
Portions of three tracks: Power to the City, Like a Stand-In and Mexico are available online at Scharf's website.
Scharf, who is a geography major and will graduate from Maryland this spring, has been a member of the Terps' women's soccer team for the past three seasons. She is a multi-talented student-athlete who has recorded two CDs of her grass roots music. She was a three-time member of the ACC Honor Roll and completed her degree in just three years at Maryland.
