Postgame Notes

• The win puts Maryland into the final of this year's Terrapin Classic, where they will face Marist tomorrow at 6:00 p.m. Liberty will face off against UNC Greensboro in the consolation game at 3:30 p.m.
• The Terps improve their record to 16-1 in the Terrapin Classic, dating back to the tournament's start in 1998-99. There was no Terrapin Classic during the 2001-02 campaign.
• The Terrapins improve their record to 14-0, and improve their nation-best winning streak to 20 games. The streak dates back to March 19, 2006, the first round of the NCAA Tournament.
• The 12 three-pointers that the Terrapins knocked down is a team record. The previous record was 11, set most recently on February 6, 2005 against Clemson.
• The Terps reached the 90-point mark for the sixth time this season. They are averaging 87.4 points per game.
• The Terrapins shot 24-25 from the free throw line, 96.0%. It is the highest percentage from the line this season.
• For the third time this season, a Maryland opponent was held under 20 rebounds. The Spartans grabbed just 19 boards.
• After falling behind 13-9, Maryland went on a 39-12 run over the last 14 minutes of the first half to take a 48-25 halftime lead.
• The Terps spread the ball around well, registering assists on their first 11 field goals, and 23 assists overall on the game.
Sa'de Wiley-Gatewood impressed in her home debut, pouring in a career-high 15 points. She hit 3 three-pointers, tying a career high, and also collected 4 rebounds and 4 assists in 24 minutes.
Kristi Toliver had 16 points, tying a season high. Her 4 three-pointers also tied a season high, and moved her into sixth place on the Maryland all-time record list, with 83 treys in her career. She moved past Chrissy Fisher, who knocked down 80 threes from 2003-04.
Crystal Langhorne knocked down 11 points, marking the 38th consecutive game in which she has registered double-digit points.
• Every Terp scored, the first time that has happened since the team has featured a 10-player rotation.
• Six players scored in double figures, tied for the most players to register double figure points this season. Wiley-Gatewood, Toliver, Langhorne, Marissa Coleman, Shay Doron, and Ashleigh Newman all had at least 10 points.
• Doron's 10 points moves her to within 14 points of second place on Maryland's all-time list. She currently has 1,665. Next up for Doron is Christy Winters, who poured in 1,679 points between 1985-90.
