COLLEGE PARK, Md. -

- Maryland reached 20 wins for a fifth straight season.

- For the first time in their illustrious Maryland careers, seniors Marissa Coleman and Kristi Toliver each scored 25 points. Coleman hit a season-high 28, while Toliver added 25.

- The duo has each scored 20 points in a game seven times over the last four years, three times this season (the last coming on Jan. 25 against North Carolina).

- Senior Marissa Coleman jumped into second place on the Maryland all-time scoring list, surpassing Vicky Bullett (1986-89). She now owns 1,931 career points. She surpassed Virginia's Wendy Palmer (1993-96) and Bullett into a tie for 20th place on the ACC all-time scoring list with North Carolina's Tresa Brown (1981-84).

- Coleman's scoring output in the first half (16) is the second-highest point total by a Terrapin in the opening 20 minutes of a game this season (Coleman 18 first-half points vs North Carolina on Jan. 25).

- Coleman's seven rebounds put her into 17th place on ACC all-time rebound list with 1,007.

- Coleman scored a season-high 28 points, besting her previous season-high which came in the Terps' last game at Boston College (23 pts).

- Coleman swiped four steals, jumping into 11th place on the Terrapins' all-time list with 191. She passed Stephanie Cross (188 from 1995-98) and Tiffany Brown (190 from 1997-2000) on the evening.

- Toliver surpassed Chiaoma Nnamaka (Georgia Tech) for third place in ACC history in 3-pointers made; she now has 270 career treys, extending her school record.

-Toliver tallied her 700th assist with her first helper of the night, becoming just the fourth player in ACC history with 700-plus assists. UNC's Nikki Teasley (1998-00, 02) is third in league annals with 728 career assists.

- Demauria Liles tallied her team-leading eighth double-double of the season, posting 12 points with 13 rebounds despite playing with flu-like symptoms.

- Marah Strickland hit three 3-pointers to tie Coleman in seventh place for most 3-pointers by a sophomore with 35.

- Maryland won its 31st consecutive home game, dating back to the start of the 2007-08 season.

- Angela Scott (1973-77) served as the game's honorary captain; she was the first freshman in Maryland history to play under scholarship. Scott holds the Terrapin single-game rebound record with her 23 rebounds vs Towson State on Feb. 2, 1977.
