• An All-American and member of National Championship teams in field hockey, and a three-time All-American from 1985-1988
• MVP of the Field Hockey ACC Tournament in 1986
• Member of the 1987 Field Hockey National Championship team where she was named to the NCAA All-Tournament team, and the 1986 Women’s Lacrosse National Championship team
• Honorable mention All-American in 1990 in Women’s Lacrosse
• Has participated in US World Cup teams since 1990
