- MVP of the Field Hockey ACC Tournament in 1986
- Member of the 1987 Field Hockey National Championship team where she was named to the NCAA All-Tournament team, and the 1986 Women’s Lacrosse National Championship team
- Honorable mention All-American in 1990 in Women’s Lacrosse
- Has participated in US World Cup teams since 1990
