Entrance and Parking Information
Gates open 1 hour prior to women's basketball games, unless otherwise noted. Free parking is available in lots 9b, 4b, 11b, XX1/XVL, Regents Drive Garage, and Terrapin Trail Garage after 4 p.m on weekdays or anytime on weekends. Please obey all posted parking signage. Parking Information
- Please obey all posted lot signage at all times.
- Parking is available in lots 4b, 9b, 11b, XX1, Regents Drive Garage, and Terrapin Trail Garage after 4 p.m. on weekdays and anytime on weekends.
- Handicap parking is available in the designated handicap spaces in the lots surrounding the XFINITY center. Handicap placards/plates must be displayed. The vast majority of handicapped parking spaces are located in Terrapin Trail Garage (Lot 6), which also provides the shortest walk to the arena (through Gate E).
To help with gameday traffic flow and decrease confusion, we highly suggest entering campus through the recommended entrances below for each parking lot/garage.

- Terrapin Trail Garage - Route 193/Paint Branch Drive or Route 193/Terrapin Trail
- P1/P2Â - Route 193/Paint Branch Drive
- 9b - Route 1 Main Gate/Baltimore Ave

- Regents Drive Garage - Route 1 Main Gate/Baltimore Ave or Route 193/Stadium Drive
Prohibited in XFINITY Center
The Big Ten promotes good sportsmanship by student-athletes, coaches and spectators. We request your cooperation in helping to maintain a family-friendly environment for fans of all ages, and in supporting the student-athletes, coaches and officials in a positive manner. Profanity or actions to incite, intimidate or threaten others will not be tolerated and are grounds for removal from the site of competition. The list of items and/or activities prohibited during athletic competitions and events include but are not limited to:
- Pets*
- Outside Food or Drink of any kind*
- Illegal Substances
- Fireworks / Firearms
- Weapons (both real and facsimiles)
- Flammables of any kind
- Laser Pointers
- Artificial Noisemakers
- Strollers
- Skateboards / Bicycles
- Dangerous or Disruptive Behavior
- Signage, Apparel or other Items that display, depict or represent recognizable symbols and/or words, including nooses and swastikas, that incite, intimidate, or threaten members of the University of Maryland community.
- Any Items Resembling a Pole or Stick
- Smoking
- Soliciting / Loitering / Trespassing
- Video Cameras
- Umbrellas
- Backpacks / Bags that are not clear and over 12" x 6" x 12". Please refer to Bag Policy for more information.
- Resale of Ticket
- Pass-Outs / Re-Entry
- Any other items or actions deemed dangerous or disruptive to the fan experience
*Exceptions will be made for those with medical requirements and/or special needs.
