As a Sophomore (2021): Made nine appearances on the mound, starting in six games … ranked fifth on the team in innings pitched (34.2) … struck out 41, the fourth-best mark on the team … made his first career start against Michigan State on opening weekend, tossing six innings of one-run ball, striking out a career-best nine (3/6) … went five innings against Rutgers, striking out eight (3/13) … tossed five innings at Penn State (3/21) … started and went 5 1/3 innings against Iowa (3/28) … went 5 2/3 innings against #25 Michigan, allowing just two runs and striking out five (4/4) … struck out two out of the bullpen at Nebraska (4/11) … struck out the side against Minnesota (5/2) … tossed 2 2/3 innings at Illinois, allowing just one run and struck out four (5/8) … got the start in the NCAA Greenville Regional Final against #12 East Carolina, tossing 1 2/3 innings (6/6)
