As a senior (2019): Started in all 21 games, nothing eight shutouts and recording a save percentage of .806… made 75 total saves for an average of 3.6 per game… notched three or more saves in 14 games… made five saves in 1-0 loss to #3 Duke (Sept. 9)… notched six saves in shootout win over #6 Virginia…stopped three of the Cavaliers’ six shootout attempts to seal the victory (Sept. 13)… named the NFHCA Division I Defensive Player of the Week and Big Ten Defensive Player of the Week (Sept. 16)…made seven saves in 3-1 win over #24 Penn State (Sept. 19)… notched two saves in 2-1 overtime victory at #5 Northwestern (Oct. 3)… two days later, made three saves as the Terps shutout #3 Connecticut (Oct. 5)… named the NFHCA Division I Defensive Player of the Week and Big Ten Defensive Player of the Week (Oct. 7)… made six saves in 3-0 shutout victory over #6 Iowa that sealed the Big Ten regular season title (Oct. 11)… notched four saves in comeback victory at #21 Ohio State (Oct. 20)… made four saves in Big Ten Semifinal matchup at Penn State (Nov. 8)… notched five saves in NCAA First Round win over #14 Saint Joseph’s (Nov. 15)… made a career-high 11 saves in NCAA Quarterfinals at #4 Virginia (Nov. 17)…part of team that won Big Ten regular season title...named to All-Big Ten Academic Team. 
 
As a junior (2018): Saw action in 9 games and started in one…first saw game action at Cal and played 70 minutes with 2 saves (Aug. 26)…had a career high of 6 saves against #13 Boston College (Aug. 31)…made 3 saves against #12 Delaware (Sep. 8)…notched 1 save against #15 Rutgers (Oct. 5)...added two saves in 9-1 win over  #19 Ohio State (Nov. 2)…ended season with a save in the National Championship game against #1 North Carolina (Nov. 18)…part of team that won Big Ten regular season and tournament titles and advanced to NCAA Championship game…earned NFHCA National Academic Squad and All-Big Ten Academic honors.
 
As a sophomore (2017): Saw first career action vs. Towson...played 12:34 and helped Terps to 8-0 victory (Sept. 8)...played 18 minutes at #21 Rutgers and preserved 6-0 shutout (Oct. 22)...part of team that advanced to NCAA Championship game...named to All-Big Ten Academic Team.
 
Redshirt season (2016): Earned NFHCA National Academic Squad honors (2016)...part of team that won third straight Big Ten regular season title.
 
Before Maryland: Played three years of varsity field hockey...team won two county titles, regional titles and were state semifinalists two years straight...named First Team All-American, All-Region, All-State, All-Metro and All-County as a junior...also named a Scholar Athlete...played for the Spark Field Hockey Club...has played in USA Field Hockey's Futures program.

Personal: Parents are Trudy and Michael Frost...has one sibling, Phoebe...came to Maryland for the location, the team dynamic and the coaches...earned degree in communication in May 2021, currently earning second degree in kinesiology.
