- Opened the season by finishing ninth in the hammer throw (52.28m) at the UCF Black and Gold Invite (3/17)
- Earned a pair of medal placements by finishing second in the shot put (13.25m) and third in the hammer throw (54.51m) at the Navy Outdoor Invitational (3/25)
- Secured a runner-up placement in the hammer throw (53.61m) and a fourth-place finish in the shot put (14.01m) at the LSU Lloyd Wills Invitational (4/8)
- Marked a personal-best 58.50m hammer throw to take fourth at the Larry Ellis Invitational (4/14)
