Outdoor

Ran in eight outdoor competitions, finishing the campaign with six top-10s and two event titles
Opened the year by finishing sixth with in the 4x400m relay (3:14.89) at the UCF Black and Gold Invite (3/17)
Was victorious in the 4x400m relay (3:23.68) while taking fourth in the 400m at the Navy Outdoor Invitational (3/25)
Set a personal-best 49.64 in the 400m at the Pepsi Florida Relays (3/31)
Finished seventh in the 4x400m relay at the LSU Lloyd Wills Invitational (4/8)
Had a successful day at the Kehoe Twilight Meet (5/5), winning the 4x400m relay (3:16.88) and taking ninth in the 800m (1:52.25)

Indoor

As a junior (2021-22)

Outdoor

Opened the year with a second place result in the 4x400 at the Maryland Invitational (3/19)
Was victorious in the 4x400 and earned a sixth place result (1:54.05) in the 800m at the UCF Knights Invite
Had a season best time of 1:52.55 at the UVA Challenge (4/22)
Had a third place finish (1:53.17) in the 800m at the Kehoe Twilight Meet (5/6)
Competed in the 800m (1:54.89) and the 4x400 at the Big Ten Outdoor Championship Meet (5/13)

Indoor

Opened the season with second place results in both the 4x400 and 600m (1:20.32) at the PSU National Open (1/21)
Set a personal best time of 1:20.00 in the 600m at the Rod McCravy Memorial Meet (1/28)
Took second in the 4x400 and third in the 600m (1:20.33) at the Virginia Tech Challenge (2/18)

Opened his outdoor season competing in the 800m (1:54.57) at the Fighting Illini Big Ten Relays (4/23)
Competed in the 800m (1:54.26) at the Ohio State Jesse Owens Invitational (4/30)
Took home first in the 800m (1:57.25) at the Jim Thorpe Invite (5/7)
Competed in the 800m (1:51.95) and the 4x400 at the Big Ten Outdoor Track and Field Championships (5/14)

Indoor

Opened his indoor season at the Nittany Lion Opener (1/16) placing first in the 600m (1:20.47) and second in the 4x400
Competed in the 800m (1:52.67) at the B1G Indoor Invitational (2/12)
