Noah Kells joined the University of Maryland Sports Medicine department in January of 2024 as an Assistant Athletic Trainer for the Cross Country and Track and Field teams.
Before coming to Maryland, Noah worked as an Intern Athletic Trainer at Ohio State University, where he worked with the Cross Country and Track and Field teams. Noah received his Bachelors degree in Health and Human Performance from the University of Montana in May of 2020 and his Masters degree in Athletic Training from Xavier University in May 2022. As a student he worked with the FC Cincinnati Academy, Men’s Soccer team, Women’s Volleyball team, and the Men’s and Women’s Swim & Dive teams. Noah was also a former DI collegiate track and field athlete where he specialized in middle distance running.
He is a member of the National Athletic Trainers’ Association (NATA) and is currently CPR/ AED certified. Noah holds his HawkGrips Certification and he is also a Mental Health First Aider.
A native to Seattle, Washington, Noah currently resides in College Park, MD.
