2019 Indoor: Competed in 8 events...placed 5th in the 4x400 with a time of 3:53.66 and 19th in the 60H with a time of 9.39 at the Nittany Lion Challenge (1/12)...placed 9th in the 4x400 with a time of 3:54.23 and 11th in the 400 with a time of 58.80 in the Simmons-Harvey Big Ten Invitational (1/19)...placed 9th in the 400 with a time of 58.79 in the Penn State National (1/25-1/26)...placed 13th in the 400 with a time of 57.15 in the 2019 Frank Sevigne Husker Invitational (2/1-2/2)...placed 2nd in the 4x400 with a time of 3:42.27 and 20th in the 400 with a time of 57.54 in the Music City Challenge (2/8-2/9)... helped the 4x400m relay team place 7th (3:44.17) and placed 23rd in the preliminaries of the 400m (59.07) at the Big Ten Indoor Track and Field Championships (2/22-23).

2018 Outdoor: Started her season at the Maryland Invitational (3/17) and placed 2^nd in the 400m hurdles (1:03.74)…placed 4^th in the 400m hurdles (1:00.83) at the USF Bulls Invitational (3/22-23)…competed in Florida Relays (3/29-31)…placed 3^rd in the 400m hurdles (1:01.50) at a tri-meet versus Bucknell and Georgetown (4/6)…ran a season’s best in the 100m hurdles (14.50) at the Virginia Challenge (4/20-21)…competed at Penn Relays (2/26-28)…placed 1^st in the 400m hurdles (1:00/46) and a seasons best at the Kehoe Twilight Meet (5/4)…finished the season at the Big Ten Championships (5/11-13).

2018 Indoor: Started her season placing 3^rd in the 4x400m relay (3:45.16) at the Nittany Lion Challenge (1/13)…competed in the Vanderbilt Invitational (1/19-20)…ran a personal best in the 500m (1:15.93) and placed 3^rd at Penn State National (1/26-27)…competed in the Frank Sevigne Husker Invite (2/2-3)…ran a seasons best at the Spire NCAA D-1 Indoor Track & Field Classic (2/9-10) in the 300m (41.53) and the 60m hurdles (9.22)…she finished her season at the Big Ten Indoor Track and Field Championships (2/23-24).

2017 Outdoor: Competed at nine events…won 4x400m relay (3:47.96) at the Maryland Invitational (3/18)…placed 6th in 400H (1:03.13) and won 4x400m relay (3:46.00) during the UNF Spring Break Invitational (3/24)…finished 24th in the 400H (1:01.27) during the Florida Relays (3/30-4/1)…placed 7th in the 400H (1:02.62) during the Virginia Quad (4/8)…won the 400H (1:02.25) at the Hopkins Invitational (4/14)…4x400m relay team took 1st place (3:40.46) during the Virginia Challenge (4/21-22)…finished 3rd in the 400H (1:01.35) at the Kehoe Twilight Meet (5/5)…member of 5th place 4x400m relay team (3:40.04) and also finished 15th in the 400H prelims (1:02.16) at the Big Ten Championships.

2017 Indoor: Competed at seven events…finished 11th in the 500m (1:17.70) at the Wagner Invitational (1/6)…took 2nd place in both the DMR (11:37.01) and the 400m (58.62) during the Nittany Lion Challenge (1/14)…4x400m relay team finished 7th (3:58.99) and also took 8th in the 400m (59.21) at the Terrapin Invitational (1/21)…4x400m relay team took 1st place (3:40.17) and also captured 2nd in the 400m (56.83) at the Penn State National (1/27-28)…4x400m relay team finished 3rd (3:39.55) at the Frank Sevigne Husker Invitational (2/3-4)…4x400m relay team finished 1st (3:39.52) during the SPIRE NCAA Division 1 Indoor Track Meet (2/10-11)…DMR finished 6th (11:25.63) and 4x400m relay team took 3rd (3:35.97) at the Big Ten Championships (2/24-25).

2016 Outdoor: Competed at eight events...ran the 400 hurdles and 4x400 relay...member of second place 4x400 relay team (3:51.56) and sixth in the 400H (1:03.90) at the UCF Black and Gold Challenge (3/18-19)...helped 4x400 relay team to first place finish (3:46.91) and placed fifth in the 400 hurdles (1:03.86) at Maryland Invitational (3/26)...4x400 relay team took first (3:53.93) at Lou Onesty Invite (4/9)...clocked season-best 1:02.75 at Kehoe Twilight Meet (5/6)...ran 1:02.86 to take 19^th in the 400H at the Big Ten Championships (5/13-15). 

2016 Indoor: Ran the 500, 60m hurdles, 400, 600 and 4x400 relay events in first collegiate indoor season... member of winning 4x400 relay team (3:43.57) and took seventh in the 500 (1:17.53) at the Penn State Relays (1/9)... helped Terps capture 4x400 relay title (3:44.44) in deep field and took 20^th in 500 (1:17.48) at Great Dane Classic (1/16)... helped win the 4x400 (4:47.53) and took sixth in 300 (42.10) at Terrapin Invitational (1/30)... went 58.78 in 400 and helped 4x400 team go 3:46.00 at Armory Track Invitational (2/5-2/6)...ran season-best 1:35.63 in 600 and helped Maryland run 3:42.76 in 4x400 at SPIRE Invite (2/12-2/13).
