Ashley joined the Maryland team in 2024 as the Terps' Assistant Director of Fan Development & Event Marketing. She previously served as a Marketing Assistant at Syracuse University for the 2023-24 season.
Ashley attended Western Kentucky University and graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Advertising and Nonprofit Administration in 2020 and a Master of Science in Sports and Recreation in 2023. She also served as a Marketing graduate Assistant at Western Kentucky University for the 2022-2023 season.
