High School: Starred for Arundel High School…named NSCAA All-Region, first team all-state and Capital Gazette Player of the Year her senior year for the Wildcats… earned the US Marine Corps Distinguished Athlete Award…tallied five goals, seven assists and helped the Wildcats tally 11 shutouts that season…was a three-time Baltimore Sun All-Metro selection, including twice on the first team, and was a Washington Post All-Metro selection three times…named to the all-county first team four times…helped team record 42 shutouts in 66 games over four seasons with two county championships and one regional final appearance...scored seven career goals and dished out 12 assists….coached by Laura Coe…played club for PSC Baltimore under coach Val Teixeria…won five straight Maryland state championships with the club.

Personal: Daughter of John and Marisa Surdick…has two sibings; Johnny and Jacob…Johnny plays lacrosse for Army…was a member of her high school honor role…lists peanut butter & jelly as her favorite pregame meal…plans to become a physical therapist…lists her sports hero as Kelley O’Hara.
