Hannah Younger was promoted to Assistant Director of Donor Experience and Development Operations in late 2024. Younger is entering her fourth school year with the Terrapin Club in 2026-27.
Younger oversees the Terrapin Club’s Backstage Pass Program, which provides over 200 unique experiences per year for donors across all of our sports. Younger also oversees the Terrapin Club Student Interns.
Prior to that role, Younger joined the Terrapin Club as the Assistant Director of Leadership Annual Giving in September 2023. Younger focused on cultivating and soliciting donors at the Leadership Annual Giving level in the western regions of Maryland and northern Virginia.
Prior to Maryland, Younger served as the Director of the Annual Fund for the Husky Athletic Fund office at the University of Connecticut (2021-23), and was a front-line fundraiser from 2018-21. Before UConn, Younger worked as the Major Gifts Assistant for the Iron Dukes development office at Duke University (2017-18).
Younger is a 2017 graduate from Queens University of Charlotte, North Carolina, with a Sport Management degree and a Psychology minor, while being a four-year varsity athlete on the women’s soccer team. While working for UConn, Younger received her Master of Sport Management from UConn (‘21). A native of Boone, North Carolina, Younger resides in Hyattsville, Md.
