Allison joined the University of Maryland Sports Medicine Department as the Resident Athletic Trainer with the Men's Lacrosse Team in February of 2026.
Before coming to Maryland, Allison graduated from the University of Michigan with a Master of Science in Athletic Training in 2025. She previously earned a Bachelor of Science in Health and Human Physiology with an emphasis in Exercise Science from the University of Iowa in 2023. She also holds a certificate in Interscholastic Activities and Athletic Administration from the University of Iowa.
At Michigan, Allison completed clinical rotations with the men's lacrosse, field hockey, and ice hockey teams. She also served as an intern with the Clemson University Football team. Her immersion rotation took place with the Harvard University Women's Ice Hockey and Tennis teams. During undergrad, Allison interned as a Rural Outreach Intern with the University of Iowa's Mobile Healthcare Clinic. She also interned at Regina Catholic High School (IA) in strength and conditioning and at Mount Horeb High School (WI) as an athletic director.
Allison is a Board of Certification Certified Athletic Trainer and holds state licensure in Michigan, Massachusetts, and Maryland. Additionally, she is a member of the National Athletic Trainers' Association, the Great Lakes Athletic Trainers' Association, and the Professional Hockey Athletic Trainers' Society. Her clinical interests lie in manual therapy, hip/groin injuries, and biomechanics.

On Nov. 8 2025, Malik Washington rushed for a career-high 164 yards at Rutgers.
