Howard Ticker has been the Director of the Maryland Fan Relationship Management Center since April of 2017. He currently oversees a staff of ten spread over the New Business, Service & Retention, and Group Sales & Events teams.

Ticker has been with the Maryland FRMC since August of 2012 and has served four previous roles of Manager of Sales & Service (November 2015-March 2017), Team Leader of New Business (January 2015-October 2015), Senior Sales Consultant (September 2013-December 2014) , and Ticket Sales Consultant (August 2012-August 2013).

Ticker graduated from West Virginia University in 2012 with a bachelor of science in Sport Management. He is from Gaithersburg, Md., and current lives in Bethesda, Md.
