COLLEGE PARK, Md. - Gary Williams and the Maryland basketball team invites the campus and surrounding communities to join them in a public scrimmage at Comcast Center, to be held on Wednesday evening, October 30, at 7 p.m.

The scrimmage is free, and parking is free surrounding both primary lots at Comcast Center after 4 p.m. The scrimmage begins at 7 p.m.

Fans who have yet to visit the brand new, 17,950-seat Comcast Center may browse the new arena while watching the defending national champions in a controlled scrimmage atmosphere. The Terps merchandise store also will be open for fans to checkout their favorite gear, or pick up a copy of Williams' autobiography, "Sweet Redemption," released last month.
