Men's Basketball Raffle Winner Announced!

College Park, Md. - The Maryland softball team would like to thank and congratulate Ted Hermes of Alexandria, Va., who won a pair of tickets to each of the men's basketball ACC home games for the 2002-03 season. Like many other Terrapin sports fans, Ted Hermes participated in the raffle that benefitted the Maryland softball program.

The softball team sold raffle tickets during the fall sememster, giving Terp fans a chance to visit Comcast Center and watch the basketball squad take on Duke, Wake Forest, North Carolina and the other titans of the ACC. The proceeds from the raffle are administered by the University of Maryland College Park Foundation, Inc. for the benefit of the softball team.
