CARY, N.C. -- Today the Maryland Women's Soccer Team began their journey to Cary, North Carolina for the ACC Tournament. It feels like a second home in North Carolina since we were just there two days ago when we played at Duke.
We stopped an hour into the trip, after watching Finding Nemo, to eat dinner at Olive Garden. It was very quick service and we ate as much as we could possibly fit so that we would have a good meal for tomorrow's BIG game vs. Clemson.
After dinner we watched the scariest movie ever, well not ever but it was good. It was called Cape Fear with Robert DeNiro and everyone was screaming behind their pillows. We're not what they call the most fearless team off the field, but on the field is a different story.
Anyway, after the movie Danielle had the idea to have a hair-do contest. She didn't think it would be much of a hit at first but then everyone started to join in. As you can tell we got pretty bored from sitting in front of a movie screen. Audra, Biscoe, and Danielle came out strong with a side pony tail then Mal intercepted with pig tails. Then everyone started to jump in and it got crazy. But then we ran out of creations and everyone looked at Danielle to start another project but she was flat out of ideas (I know it is hard to believe, but she had nothing}.
The clock now reads 10:32 and we are still an hour away from the hotel. Danielle and I are hoping that were roomies for the week but we'll see.
This is Melissa Anderson with the super supervision of Danielle Malagari, signing off from the Terp Mobile.
Goodnight and Go Terps Beat Clemson.
