NEW YORK - The First Annual National Lacrosse Alumni Challenge reunited over 600 former collegiate lacrosse players with their former teammates. The tournament not only brought back some of the greatest players in the game, including Casey Powell, Jesse Hubbard, Jen Adams and Cherie Greer, but brought together alumni from schools like NC State and Washington College, many of whom had not seen each other in over 15 years. Coaches in attendance included, Sue Stahl - US National Team and Old Dominion Coach; Bill Tierney - Princeton Coach; Julie Myers - Virginia Coach, and Ray Rostan - US National Team Assistant Coach and Hampden-Sydney Head Coach.
