Athens, Ga. - University of Maryland Junior Ramona But fell to Zsuzsanna Fodor of Mississippi St.,in the first round of the NCAA Singles Championships. The championships were held at the Dan Magill Tennis Complex in Athens, Ga.

But, currently ranked 52nd by the ITA, dropped the first set to Fodor, 6-2. Fodor who is ranked 19th in the country clinched the match by taking the second set, 6-2.

The native of Romania finished the season with 12 singles victories and was recently named to the All-ACC team for the third consecutive year.
