INTRASQUAD I
On Friday, November 17th, the Maryland gymnastics team took their skills from the training gym to their competition facility, the Comcast Pavilion, for a closed-door intrasquad meet. Less than two months away from their home opener on January 12th, the Terps demonstrated both full and partial routines to the judges. After each rotation, the judges gave the team feedback on their routines and deductions. The majority of the routines were done by the freshmen class, who showed great confidence in their routines. However, the highlight of the night was co-captain Angela Ferg. Ferg appeared to be in great competitive shape and performed extremely well on the vault, beam and floor.

*All routines had excellent music selection and interesting choreography done by Russell Warfield.
The first time the public will be able to watch the team in action will be on Thursday, December 7th at 7:00 pm at their "Red vs. Black" intrasquad meet. Several of our athletic staff members and university professors will serve as guest coaches and judges. Admission is free and the team will available to sign autographs following the event.
