COLLEGE PARK, Md. - All-session passes for the nation's premier in-season collegiate softball tournament, the 2007 Palm Springs Classic, are currently on sale through the Terrapin Ticket Office. All-session passes, good for every game in the four-day, 25-team festival, are $50 each and amount to a significant savings over the price of single-day tickets.

The Terps, under the guidance of second-year head coach Laura Watten, will participate in the event for the second consecutive year. The stellar tourney field, featuring six of the eight teams that appeared in last year's Women's College World Series, runs Feb. 22-25 at the Big League Dreams Sports Park outside of Palm Springs, Calif.

Maryland is scheduled to face Nevada, Texas, UCLA, Loyola-Marymount, California and UNLV.

Because each participating institution is required to sell an allotment of tickets, Terp fans planning on attending the tournament are encouraged to purchase their all-session passes through the Terrapin Ticket Office.
