Hi Everyone!

It's great to be back in College Park after a nice trip home for Thanksgiving! I cannot believe how fast the year is going! It is now December and almost the end of my first semester in college! This past week, I went home for the first time since August. Seeing my family, friends, and former teammates/coaches was great. I got to spend about five days at home, relaxing with my family and catching up with friends from high school. Thanksgiving was really nice too. We had seventeen people at my house for the holiday, and just seeing everyone and telling them all about college was a lot of fun! But now we are back here and getting down to business and continuing to work hard. Everyone seemed to get right back into the swing of things, and our routines are starting to improve. This week, we have our second intrasquad. We are all really excited for this one because it is open to the public, and it will feel more like an actual meet. For the intrasquad, the team will be split up into the red and black team. I am on the red team and can't wait to compete! The next few weeks should be exciting, but also stressful as we prepare for final exams that are coming up. I know we are all ready for the season to start and excited to start competing as a team. Hopefully you can get to our meets to cheer us on!!
