COLLEGE PARK, Md. - Maryland Gymnastics scored 190.85, finishing third in a quad meet at Pittsburgh Saturday. The Pittsburgh Panthers won the meet with a team total 192.925. Ohio State finished second with a score of 192.85 and SUNY Brockport placed fourth with a team total of 178.325.

Rachel Martinez (9.8) and Angie Ferg (9.725) finished first and second overall on vault. Rachel Colon tied for fourth with a score of 9.675. The Terps totaled 47.925 on the event. Pittsburgh scored 48.175 to win the event.

Uneven Bars proved to be trouble for Maryland. Colon scored 9.725, finishing in fourth place overall. Kim Loew added 9.45 for eleventh place and Gretchen Kittelberger notched 9.425 for twelfth place. Maryland scored a team total 46.95 and Pittsburgh won the event with a score of 48.35.

Colon paced the Terps on balance beam, scoring a 9.8 for fourth place. Martinez scored 9.675, finishing in eighth place and Ferg added a 9.55 for tenth place. Maryland totaled 46.95 and Ohio State took first place with a 48.275.

The Terps scored a season high 48.375 on floor exercise. Martinez notched 9.8 for fifth place overall. Colon, Ferg and Loew tied for sixth place with a score of 9.65. Morgan Fishbein broke into the floor lineup for Maryland and scored 9.625 for twelfth place. Lindsey Bonomo rounded out the Terps scoring with a 9.525 for fourteenth place overall.

Colon finished third in the all-around with a career high 38.85. Martinez tallied 38.35 for fourth place.

The Terps will get a rematch with Pittsburgh on February 17, when they host the Panthers and the Rutgers Scarlet Knights at 7 p.m. in the Comcast Pavilion.
