The Terps 12-2 mark in the ACC clinches at least a tie for second in the league standings (both Duke and North Carolina are 12-1 in the ACC and play each other on Saturday, Feb. 25), the best showing in conference play in 13 years.
Crystal Langhorne became the 22nd player in school history to score 1,000 points. She also broke Shay Doron's record (64 games) and was the fastest Terrapin in school history to reach the milestone, needing only 60 games.
Crystal Langhorne posted her league-leading 12th double-double of the season and the 30th of her career.
The win is the 14th home victory of the season, setting a new school record.
The 12 ACC wins is the most since winning 13 in 1991-92. The team's 85.7 winning percentage in league games (11-2) is the best since posing a 92.9 winning percentage in 1988-89 (13-1).
The 25 wins are the most since the 1991-92 season when the Terps went 25-6.
Junior Aurelie Noirez matched her season high with 8 points and grabbed a career-high 10 rebounds. Her previous career high was 9 vs. Mt. St. Mary's earlier this year.
Four different players scored in double figures for the 21st time this year.
This marked the third straight game that a Maryland player has posted a double-double. Laura Harper did it versus B.C. on 2/16 and Marissa Coleman did it against NC State on 2/19.
Sophomore Jade Perry posted her sixth double-digit scoring game of the season and first since an 11-point effort versus Florida State.
Freshman Marissa Coleman's 20 points gave her 403 for the season, making her the third Terrapin to score over 400 points this year. This marks the first time since the 1988-89 season that three players have scored 400+ points in the same season.
Sophomore Laura Harper's two blocks give her 61 on the season and moves her into second place on the school's single-season block list. She trails Kris Kirchner who had 80 in the 1978-79 season. Harper also moves up to 7th on the career list with 76 blocks.
