Lavell, Durden featured in latest Swimming World Magazine

College Park, Md. - Maryland Head Coach Dave Durden and former Terrapin Liz Lavell are featured in the September issue of Swimming World Magazine, on newsstands now. The article, which discuss assisted swimming techniques and Coach Durden's drills for all four strokes, is a 2-page feature layout in the monthly publication.
"Assisted swimming and these drills are things that really helped Liz as she achieved her goals at the World Championship Trials this summer," Coach Durden said in a phone interview. "As a program, we're excited to be featured in Swimming World Magazine, but we're more excited to see the recognition that Liz is getting for her hard work."
