Hello Everybody!

So you might be able to recognize some of the gymnasts by a little limp in their step since we started "boot camp" this week! The coaches pulled out some awesome surprises, and we were outfitted with some camo `Basic' t-shirts. We love them! Pre-season is getting under-way, and regardless of the aches and pains it is incredibly exciting! The team looks so great already, and it's an amazing atmosphere in the gym, weight room, pool, cycling room, etc. etc! Each and every person on this team genuinely seems like a member of a great big family. We're just having a great time and we're enthusiastic about getting in shape and ready for the season, because we all know our potential; it's something special we have this year; this is a team with some great opportunities!

The freshmen seem to be doing just fine, actually hilarious at times! The six of them all bring something to this team, skills, as well as personality. They are just an absolutely great group of girls that mesh so well with the amazing group that is returning from last year.

This Friday we are set to get our action pictures and our team picture taken for our media guide and poster! Make sure to take a look, so you know when we compete! Then right after a small `break' for pictures we will go off to do a cardio/lift in the gym (putting in the long hours these days!)

We already have ourselves involved in some non gymnastics related events together. On the 22nd of October our team will be doing a walk for breast cancer. We have pretty high aspirations for our donation goal, so if anybody would like to donate and help find a cure, it would be GREATLY appreciated!

The coaches have definitely come prepared for taking us to the next level this year. We're pulling out all the stops, so make sure you keep reading to watch our progress! It should be really exciting!
