Maryland Softball Cancels Thursday Game with Northern Illinois due to Inclement Weather

COLLEGE PARK, Md. - Thursday's softball game between the Maryland Terrapins and the Northern Illinois Huskies has been canceled due to inclement weather. The game will not be rescheduled.
Thunderstorms are expected Thursday evening, and the rain is forecast to continue throughout Friday, possibly impacting the first day of the Terrapin Spring Break Invitational.
The tournament is currently scheduled to begin at 10 a.m. Friday, with games scheduled to start every two hours. Check back at umterps.com for updates.
