Six Men's Lacrosse Signees Set To Play In Under Armour All-America Lacrosse Classic

COLLEGE PARK, Md. - Six incoming men's lacrosse signees will be in action this weekend in the Under Armour All-America Lacrosse Classic on Saturday, June 16, at Loyola College's Geppi-Aikens Field.

Playing for the North team will be a pair of Empire State attackmen in Grant Catalino and Ryan Young. The South team will have a quartet of future Terps in midfielder Tony Mendes from North Carolina, attackman Travis Reed from Maryland, defender Max Schmidt from Ohio and goalie Mark White from Virginia.

The Under Armour All-America Lacrosse Classic will begin at 3 p.m. on Saturday with the Girls' All-America game. The Boy's All-America game is scheduled for a 5 p.m. start. Tickets for the event can be purchased through Ticketmaster by calling 1-800-551-7328.

MVP of the 2006 State Championship game ... MVP of the 2005 War of the South Tournament ... chosen to the 2004 Battle of the Beach All-Tournament Team ... three-time all-state and all-conference honoree ... owns the school record for career points and assists in a game.
