Coach Andrew Valmon recently completed his fourth season at the helm of the Maryland track and field program. A two-time Olympic gold medal winner for the U.S. 4x400 team, Valmon has worked hard to try to restore Terrapin track and field to the elite status it enjoyed in the 1960s and 1970s. Two of his hurdlers, Dominic Berger and Adam Durham competed at NCAA nationals this past year.
