PHILADELPHIA, Pa. - Michal Amir and Lisa Miller won two matches to propel them to the third round of the doubles tournament at the ITA Regionals on Saturday.

In the team's opening match, they dispatched of Radford's Petra Dajevic and Mia Drobnjak, 8-6. Then in the second round, Amir and Miller won 8-2 with a solid performance over Molly Scott and Shelley Carpeni of Dartmouth. The pair has now won all five of their doubles matches to open the fall season.

The singles draw saw no action for the Terps as Amir, Eleanor Peters and Karin Lundmark all had byes to reach the second round.

Play resumes 8 a.m. Sunday with the third round of doubles, followed by the second and third rounds of singles play.
