• Maryland defeated Loyola for the third straight season to improve to 15-3 in the all-time series against the Greyhounds. The Terrapins have won the last nine meetings.
• Senior Marissa Coleman scored a game-high 19 points for Maryland, reaching double figures for the ninth time in 10 games this year. Coleman added 13 rebounds for her second double-double of the season and 29th of her career.
• Coleman's 29 career double-doubles leads all active players in the Atlantic Coast Conference.
• Coleman added five steals, a season high and one shy of her career high.
• Coleman rebounded from her eight-point game Sunday at Pittsburgh with a big first half, coming a rebound shy of a double-double by halftime, scoring 13 points with nine rebounds in the first 20 minutes.
• Freshman Lynetta Kizer came off the bench to score 15 points and grab 11 rebounds. It was her third double-double of the season.
• Redshirt freshman Kim Rodgers played in her first career game. Rodgers had a memorable debut, shooting a perfect 4-for-4 from 3-point range and adding a pair of free throws for 14 points.
• Junior Demauria Liles scored a season-high 17 points for Maryland, shooting 7-for-14 from the field.
• Sophomore Marah Strickland dished out a game-high seven assists, a new career high.
• The Terps went on a 22-2 run late in the first half and into the beginning of the second half to turn a slight, six-point lead into a 47-21 advantage at the first media timeout of the second half.
• Senior Sa'de Wiley-Gatewood made her first start of the season and only the third of her Maryland career. She also started two games in the 2007 season. Her last start came in the second round of the 2007 NCAA Tournament against Mississippi.
