COLLEGE PARK, Md. - The Maryland gymnastics team will host a Winter Workout on Wednesday, Dec.30. It is open to all levels of gymnasts, ages seven and up. It will take place in the Maryland Gymnastics Training Facility, located in the School of Public Health.

The clinic is designed to teach campers the fundamentals of gymnastics and meet the needs of each individual gymnast. The camp rotation will include stations in vault, bars, beam, floor, trampoline, strength, flexibility and dance. It will be taught by the Maryland gymnastics coaching staff and current team members.

The price is $65 per attendant and each participant will receive a Maryland gymnastics T-shirt. Check-in begins at 9 a.m. and the camp ends at 4 p.m.

The Holiday Inn in College Park is offering a group rate to those wishing to stay overnight in the area.
