Winter Workout Form 
COLLEGE PARK, Md. - The Maryland gymnastics team will host its annual Winter Workout camp on Wednesday, December 29. The camp is open to all level of gymnasts, ages seven and up, and will take place in the Maryland Gymnastics Training Facility, located in the School of Public Health.
The clinic is designed to teach campers the fundamentals of gymnastics and the clinic's goal is to meet the needs of each individual gymnast. The camp will run in a rotation format, including stations in vault, bars, beam, floor, trampoline, strength, dance and flexibility. All stations will be taught by Maryland's coaching staff and current members of the gymnastics team.
The price is $75 per attendant and each participant will receive a Maryland Gymnastics Under Armour T-shirt. Check-in begins at 9 a.m.and ends at 4 p.m.
The Holiday Inn in College Park is offering a group rate to those wishing to stay overnight in the area.
