COLLEGE PARK, Md. - The Maryland softball team will hold open tryouts Tuesday, Sept. 21 at 4 p.m. at Robert E. Taylor Stadium. Any Maryland student is welcome to try out. Please contact assistant coach Yolanda McRae at ymcrae@umd.edu for more information and to find out what you need to bring.

The team will also host a fall tournament this weekend, with Mount St. Mary's, Howard and Louisburg all coming to College Park. The schedule is below:

SATURDAY, SEPT. 18

Noon MARYLAND vs. Howard
2 p.m. Mount St. Mary's vs. Louisburg
