Team Records and Series Notes
•The Terps improve to 18-3 while the Lancers drop to 4-15 on the season.
•Maryland is now 2-0 against Longwood. The Terps won 85-40 on Jan. 31, 2010 in their only other meeting with the Lancers.
•In their two meetings, Coach Frese and the Terrapins have topped the Lancers by a combined 91 points
•Maryland will seek its fifth conference win on Thursday, Feb. 3 at Georgia Tech at 2 p.m. ET.

•Line up: Alyssa Thomas, Tianna Hawkins, Diandra Tchatchouang, Anjale Barrett and Lynetta Kizer. This line up is now 10-2 in 2010-11.
•Maryland's 46-point win is its largest since defeating North Carolina Central by 50 on Nov. 14, 2009.
•Three Terps broke the 10-point mark Sunday: Alicia DeVaughn (16), Lynetta Kizer (15) and Alyssa Thomas (14). •Balanced Start: Maryland opened Sunday by scoring the game's first 15 points and holding the Lancers to 0 for 7 shooting over the first four and a half minutes of play.
Dominating D: The Terrapin defense held the Lancers scoreless for over nine minutes in the first half. Longwood scored a total of 14 points in the period and just 38 overall.
•Maryland outscored Longwood 40-8 in the paint and recorded 18 points off second chance opportunities.
•The Terps outrebounded the Lancers by a 50-26 margin. Maryland is now 17-2 when it holds the advantage on the boards.

Individual Game Notes
•Freshman Alicia DeVaughn led Maryland with a career-high 16 points Sunday. The West Palm Beach, Fla., native also brought down a game-high nine rebounds, all in just 23 minutes of playing time.
•Junior Lynetta Kizer recorded 15 points and six rebounds for the Terps while shooting a perfect 5 for 5 each from the field and free throw line. Kizer has now scored in double-figures in 65 career games.
•Freshman Alyssa Thomas scored 14 points while bringing in four rebounds. The Harrisburg, Pa., native also recorded three steals and one assist.
•Freshman Natasha Cloud recorded a career-high five, of Maryland season-high 18 steals.
