Fall Season Starts Sunday

COLLEGE PARK, Md. - The Maryland softball team will open its fall season Saturday with a tournament at George Washington.
The Terps will play George Washington at noon and Howard at 2 p.m. in the round robin tournament. Both games will be played at the Mount Vernon Softball Field.
On Oct. 2, the Terrapins will play host to their Maryland Mini Round Robin tournament at Robert E. Taylor Stadium. The Terps will play Howard and Army at 10 a.m. and noon, respectively. Howard and Army will play at 2 p.m.
Maryland will host another round robin the following weekend. The Terrapins will take on Towson at 10 a.m. on Oct. 8 and Delaware State at noon. They will play Delaware State the following day at noon and George Washington at 2 p.m.
