COLLEGE PARK, Md. - The Maryland gymnastics team completes its 2012 home slate Sunday, March 11 at 2 p.m. at the Comcast Center against Bridgeport and Penn. The meet marks the third meeting between the Terps and Bridgeport this season.

Senior Night
The Terps will honor their two seniors, Becca Pang and Kyra Phillips, at the conclusion of Sunday's meet.

Maryland
After a season-high 194.875 at New Hampshire last weekend, the Terps (10-9, 3-4 EAGL) are averaging 193.994 per meet and its RQS increased to 194.290 which ranks 33rd nationally. Maryland has scored over 194 in three consecutive meets and four of its past five.

The Terps RQS on all four events ranks in the top 35 nationally led by vault. Maryland's 48.805 is ranked 27th and ranked third in the EAGL.

Junior Ally Krikorian and sophomore Katy Dodds rank 33rd and 38th, respectively, in the nation on vault. Krikorian's RQS is 9.865 and Dodds' RQS is 9.869 which are one and two in the league.

Sophomore Karen Tang is tied for fifth in the conference on bars with a 9.805 RQS.

On beam, freshman Stephanie Giameo is sixth in the EAGL with a 9.780 RQS. Giameo has scored a 9.750 or higher on beam in four of the past five meets.

Dodds and Krikorian are ranked first and third, respectively, in the conference on floor. Dodds has scored a 9.875 three times this season and possess a 9.855 RQS. Krikorian's RQS is 9.820 and is averaging a 9.756.

Last Time Out
The Maryland gymnastics team scored a season-high 194.875 and turned in a season-best performance on bars Saturday night in a quad meet against Bridgeport, Brown and New Hampshire at UNH Field House.

The Terps' performance on bars was the 23rd-best score in program history. Maryland finished the night in third behind Bridgeport (196.350) and New Hampshire (195.800).

Sophomore Katy Dodds scored career bests on floor (9.900) and bars (9.800). Dodds tied for the gold medal on floor. Junior Ally Krikorian posted a career-high 9.875 on floor and sophomore Karen Tang tied for second on bars with a career-best 9.875, along with senior Kyra Phillips who posted a career-high 9.825 on the apparatus.

Series History
It is the third time this season Maryland and Bridgeport have competed against each other. The two teams have split the previous two meetings. The Terps lead the all-time season series 4-1.

Maryland has won 25 of the 27 meetings with Penn. The Terps have won 12 in a row in the series.

Bridgeport

The Purple Knights took first place in the four-team University of New Hampshire Invitational. For the second time this season, Bridgeport posted a new team record score winning with a total of 196.350 points.

The Purple Knights top event is floor. The squad's RQS is 48.760 which is the best in the conference.

Monica Mesalles is the top gymnast in the ECAC on vault and floor. Mesalles has a 9.875 RQS on vault and 9.825 RQS on floor.

Penn

Penn knocked off ECAC-rival Southern Connecticut on Saturday to earn its 15th victory of the season. The squad is averaging 191.575 per meet and its RQS is 191.960 which is third in the conference.

The Quakers top event is bars and are led by Kirsten Strausbaugh. Penn's RQS on the apparatus is 48.250 and Strausbaugh is second in the ECAC with a RQS of 9.785.
