As a junior (1999): Returned after missing all of 1998 season … played in all 22 games, starting 14 … scored three goals, handed out three assists and finished with nine points … took 25 shots … scored first college goal and posted career-high three points in home-opening win over UMBC (9/1) … gave Maryland a 3-0 lead with goal in 39th minute … assisted Kim King's goal just two minutes later … returned to starting lineup for first time in nearly two years at Duke (9/19) and recorded and assist on Sara Gustafson's game-winning overtime goal to beat the No. 9 Blue Devils, 4-3 … recorded second goal against James Madison (9/26) on a header to give Maryland a 1-0 lead … scored third goal in the 55th minute against Rutgers (10/8) … assisted Jackie Mynarski's game-winning goal against Florida State (10/31) to clinch Maryland's second-place finish in the ACC … started all four of Maryland postseason games in the ACC and NCAA tournaments.
As a redshirt junior (1998): Received a medical hardship while recovering from back surgery.
As a sophomore (1997): Played in 22 of 24 games, drawing eight starts … started first two games of season against Wright State (9/1) and James Madison (9/4) … drew starting assignments in ACC championship game against North Carolina (11/8) and NCAA Tournament match vs. George Mason (11/18).
As a freshman (1996): Played in 11 games, starting five …saw first playing time against George Washington (9/4) … drew first start against Georgia (11/3) in regular-season finale … started all three NCAA Tournament games as Maryland advanced to the quarterfinals … recorded first-career shot against San Diego (11/24) in NCAA second round.
Before Maryland: Graduated from Langley High School in McLean, Va. … honorable mention All-Met selection by the Washington Post as a senior ... all-district and all-region first team selection in 1995.
