Rupp On Andrews: "We're expecting real big things from him, as far as his ability on the hill. He's always had a real good change-up, and it looks like he's added some velocity on his fastball this year. His breaking ball is also much improved, and now has three pitches we feel he can help us with. He'll primarily be used out of the bullpen."
As a Junior (2004): Appeared in 17 games for the Terps (16 out of the bullpen), including nine in ACC play ... tied for third on the team with three wins ... gave up no runs, allowing only five hits and a walk in eight innings over his first six appearances of the season ... capped that span with a combined three scoreless innings at FSU (1.0/1H/0K) and against Duke (2.0/1H/0K) in the first two weeks of conference play ... got the win against Duke in a tightly-contested Maryland victory (3/28) to win the series ... moved to 2-0 on the season to go along with his 0.00 ERA ... won his third straight decision with a 2.1 IP/3H/2BB/3K performance at Deleware (3/31) ... ended the month of March with a 3-0 record and a season ERA of 0.87 (one ER in 10.1 innings pitched) ... allowed only two of eight inherited runners to score and was only stolen on once over 17 appearances and 23.1 innings pitched ... struck out the side in throwing a scoreless inning of relief against Buffalo (3/5) ... won his first game of the season, giving up two hits and no earned runs in two innings against Hartford (3/14) ... threw one scoreless inning of relief at Florida State (3/19) ... gave up one hit in two shutout innings against Duke, picking up his second win of the season (3/28) ... went one inning, giving up one hit and no runs at Towson (5/4).
As a Sophomore (2003): Made 15 appearances, providing left-handed help out of the bullpen
... struck out a season-high four against James Madison (April 23) ... tossed a scoreless inning
vs. West Virginia (April 22) ... entered a March 15 game against Wake Forest with two runners
on and did not allow any of them to score ... pitched a scoreless inning, striking out two
against George Washington (Feb. 16) ... one of five pitchers who combined on a five-hit shutout

As a Freshman (2002): Appeared in 19 games as a freshman, tops among Terp pitching rookies
... wasted little time making his presence felt,
