On Rademacher: Will continue to contribute points for the Terps in the backstroke and IM events in his third year with the team.
1998-99 season: Finished as high as second in the 200-yard butterfly for the Terps during the regular season with his time of 1:58.23 against Toronto on Nov.13 … also took two third-place finishes in the 200-yard butterfly during the regular season and had one second-place finish against Villanova on Jan. 16 in the 200-yard IM (1:58.23).
1997-98 season: Posted the third-fastest team time in the 200-yard butterfly (1:56.28) … recorded times of 52.82 in the 100-yard butterfly, 1:56.28 in the 200-yard butterfly and 1:56.44 in the 200-yard IM at the ACC Championships.
Before Maryland: A Washington Post honorable mention All-Met selection his senior year … broke the school record in both the 100-yard backstroke and 100-yard butterfly … the county champion in the 200-yard IM his senior year.
