A former All-American and four-year starter at Maryland, McFadden, Maryland’s second Tewaaraton Award winner, is entering her first season as an assistant in College Park. McFadden returns to College Park as one of the most decorated players in Maryland women’s lacrosse history. McFadden was a, two-time ACC Player of the Year, two-time ACC Scholar-Athlete of the Year and the NCAA Tournament Most Outstanding Player in 2010 as she guided Maryland to its first national title since 2001.

Kenis has spent eight years total as an assistant at Maryland, including six with Reese. The former University of Virginia standout led the Cavaliers to two NCAA final appearances and racked up All-ACC honors twice. Kenis has been responsible for assembling regularly assembling the finest defenses in the country. National Defenders of the Year Karissa Taylor and Iliana Sanza both flourished under the tutelage of Kenis.
