COLLEGE PARK, Md. – Season tickets for the 2015 Maryland baseball season are now available. Join the Columbia Regional champions as the Terps embark on their inaugural season in the Big Ten.
As a benefit, season ticket purchasers will receive a 50 percent discount over single-game ticket prices.
Fans can purchase season tickets by clicking here or by calling the Terrapin Ticket Office at 1-800-IM-A-TERP (462-8377).
All season tickets are general admission and priced at $70 for adults. Youth (17 and under) and senior citizens (62 and up) can purchase season tickets for $40.
All season ticket purchasers will receive a commemorative season ticket holder seat cushion and gain access to exclusive season ticket holder events throughout the season. Season ticket holders who purchase their tickets by January 19 will also receive an official season ticket holder hat.
This season, a new flexible season ticket package is being introduced. In place of game-specific tickets, every ticket is good for any weekend series contest throughout the season at no additional charge. If a season ticket holder misses one game, they are welcome to bring a guest with them to a different game. If a season ticket holder misses two games then they can bring two guests to a different game, or one guest to two different games. It's up to the season ticket holder how they use their 21 weekend series tickets throughout the season, while all six weekday games remain free of charge.
The Terps enter the 2015 season coming off the winningest campaign in school history. Maryland won 40 games en route to the program's first-ever Super Regional appearance last season and finished runner-up at the ACC Championships.
Maryland's 2015 home schedule features some of the top teams in the country and the Big Ten. Among the teams scheduled to visit Shipley Field at Bob “Turtle” Smith Stadium are VCU (Feb. 24), Appalachian State (Feb. 27-March. 1), Richmond (March 11), Princeton (March 13-15), Minnesota (March. 20-22), James Madison (April 1), Nebraska (April 3-5), West Virginia (April 7), Iowa (April 10-12), five-time NCAA champion Cal State Fullerton (April 17-19), Delaware (April 28), two-time defending Big Ten champion Indiana (May 1-3) and Liberty (May 12).
