COLLEGE PARK, Md. – The 12th annual Maryland Baseball Golf Classic is scheduled for Friday, Oct. 16 at the University of Maryland Golf Course.

The annual event serves as a fundraiser for the Maryland baseball program. The tournament is scheduled for a 1:30 p.m. shotgun start with several contests included such as the closest to the pin contest and the longest drive contest to name a few.

A round of golf and access to the buffet dinner, open bar and silent auction is $150 per person or $600 for a foursome. A donation of $50 includes all of the above except the round of golf. Foursomes must be registered and paid in full by Oct. 9.

In addition to the items listed above, a golf entry fee also includes an exclusive Under Armour 2015 Regional Championship t-shirt and hat, a Maryland tee and ball package, on-course refreshments, snacks, dinner and open bar.

Maryland baseball is coming off the finest season in school history, winning a school record 42 games en route to second consecutive NCAA Super Regional appearance. The squad included four All-Americans and produced a school record eight MLB Draft selections.
